In my own journey, I've experienced significant changes over the past few years. Writing has always been my passion—I’ve written about traveling, cooking, and spiritual growth for many years. During a difficult grief period, I turned to healing writing, capturing memories of my mom, which helped me find my voice again. By the end of 2023, I felt my energy returning, and I shifted my focus toward creating online training and writing about my career experiences. Over the last year, I’ve added valuable skills in digital marketing, copywriting, Power BI, Workday HCM, and project management, all of which I’ve utilized in running my website. This adaptability has been essential to my progress, and I truly believe that embracing new skills can transform any career path.


2. Digital Literacy and Technology Proficiency

With the rise of automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and data-driven decision-making, having a strong foundation in digital literacy is non-negotiable. Familiarity with tools such as cloud platforms, data analytics, AI systems, and emerging technologies like blockchain will be highly valuable.

In this digital era, digital marketing—including affiliate programs and social media design—has become a cornerstone of my work. Leveraging these tools has allowed me to grow my platform and reach a broader audience. Through my own experience running a startup, I’ve learned how critical it is to master these skills to remain competitive.


3. Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving

Automation can handle repetitive tasks, but human workers are still indispensable for critical thinking and creative problem-solving. Employers value employees who can analyze complex information, think critically about potential solutions, and make informed decisions that benefit the business.

Cultures are not easy to learn—you must live and experience them firsthand. Having traveled and lived in various countries, I strongly believe that the best way to truly understand a culture is to immerse yourself in it. This cross-cultural exposure has been one of the greatest teachers in my life, enriching both my personal growth and professional work.
